Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel or modify your order shortly after placing it. If you need to make any changes, please contact us promptly. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you're not satisfied with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receiving them.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international PO Box addresses or APO addresses. If you need help with your address or have recently placed an order, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 - 2 days from either our Hong Kong office or our partner factories. Delivery times with our carrier partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx) typically range from 3 - 8 days. However, during peak periods, such as sales events, handling and transit times may be longer.
What Are the Shipping Charges?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are free for orders over $79. For orders under $79, there is a flat fee of $12.99.
Can I Expedite My Order?
We've partnered with DHL, UPS, and FedEx for shipping, automatically opting for the quickest courier. Therefore, we do not offer expedited delivery options.
What If My Item Is Defective?
Items are considered defective if they do not meet satisfactory quality standards, are unfit for their intended purpose, or are not as described.
If your item is defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it. Provide your name, order number, and any relevant images. Please DO NOT return the defective items to us unless instructed to do so by our Customer Satisfaction Team.
What If I Put the Wrong Address?
Please contact us immediately if you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We will make every effort to correct it before shipping. However, please be aware that there is only a small window of time available to correct an inaccurate shipping address.
What Should I Do If I Receive a Wrong Item?
Although we make every effort to avoid errors, if you happen to receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us along with images of the incorrect product. Our Customer Satisfaction Team will then be able to assist you further.
What Should I Do if I Receive a Damaged Order?
If your order arrives damaged, please decline to accept the delivery. Take photos or videos of the damaged package and items, then reach out to our Satisfaction Team immediately. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to address the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
What Should I Do If My Order is Missing?
If it's been more than 15 days since your order was placed and it still hasn't arrived, please send us an email at hello@erisview.com with your name and order number. We will look into the matter with the shipping carrier.
Can I Track the Status of My Order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can always check your order status through "Track My Order" on our official online store.
What Happens If Nobody Is In When My Order is Delivered?
If you are unavailable, the courier will typically make 3 delivery attempts. They may also leave the parcel in a secure location. You can arrange delivery preferences directly with the courier using the provided tracking number.

You have a 30-day window to return your items. Please keep in mind that items must be in unopened and unused condition.
How Do I Return an Item?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email specifying the products you want to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label you'll receive by email.
- Use the provided label to send back all items to us.
What Items are Non-Returnable?
Some items cannot be returned, Only products in NEW condition are eligible for returns.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in their original product packaging.
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
Can I Get a Refund if the Price Has Changed Since I Ordered It?
We regularly adjust prices based on various factors. However, we're unable to refund price differences if the price has changed since your order was placed.
What Should I Do if My Refund Is Incorrect?
If you believe there's an issue with your refund, please reach out to us. Please note that we will refund the amount paid, so it's a good idea to review your original order confirmation for any applied discounts before contacting us.
Will My Original Postage Costs Be Refunded?
Postage costs will only be refunded if your entire order is damaged or defective.
