Return window
You can return your order within 30 days of its delivery.
Return Method
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email specifying the products you want to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label you'll receive by email.
- Use the provided label to send back all items to us.
Some items cannot be returned, Only products in NEW condition are eligible for returns.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in their original product packaging.
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Fees
For returns initiated due to customer remorse, such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
However, if the return is prompted by a defective product or one that is not as described, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Defective and Issues

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund
Upon receiving and verifying your return, you can expect to receive your refund within 7 days. We'll refund using the same payment method you used for the original order.
